Colonel Jennifer L. Mulder

Colonel Jennifer L. Mulder is the Commander of the 655th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Group, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. As the Commander, Col Mulder is responsible for the command and control of seven intelligence squadrons in four states. She ensures the training and readiness for over 550 Air Force Reserve Airmen engaged in highly technical, diverse, and complex ISR mission sets.
About
Col Mulder graduated from the USAF Academy in 1998, and holds an undergraduate degree in Biology and a graduate degree in National Security Affairs. She entered active duty as an acquisitions officer, gaining systems integration and space experience. She was a Distinguished Graduate from: Naval Postgraduate School, Defense Language Institute, and the Air Force Intelligence Officer Course. After a year in Korea and a joint duty assignment as a National Security Agency (NSA) liaison to JFCC-ISR, she transitioned to the Air Force Reserve in 2008.
As a reservist, Col Mulder has served in a variety of staff and leadership positions in both the intelligence and security cooperation fields and in various AORs, including USAFCENT, USAFE-AFAFRICA, and USINDOPACOM. She was a strategic planner on the Joint Staff, a wing IG, and a squadron commander at DGS-1. Col Mulder was active in the Air Force Academy Admissions Liaison Officer program for over ten years, including a year and a half as a Regional Director overseeing eight geographically separated State Directors. Most recently, Col Mulder was the IMA to the Commander, Indo-Pacific Command Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC), Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. She was responsible for leading a joint detachment of reserve intelligence professionals, managing 126 Air Force IMA billets at five geographically separated detachment, and advising J2 leaders on total force utilization, personnel readiness, training, and force development issues.
